'Festival of Light'

Diwali 'The festival of light' which is celebrated across India and of course here in the UK.

Diwali falls on the day of 'Amavasyaa' usually in the month of October or November and in UK law there is an extension to the firework 'time' rules and fireworks can be let off legally until 1am.
