How to use our web site
Navigation
Navigating our site is easy just click on the product type you are interested in, all the information about the item is listed, where we have larger photographs or a video of a product, a button will also allow viewing of this extra information.
Note: Videos can take a while to download.

Add an item
If you want to add an item to your shopping cart click on the 'add to cart button' next to each product.
Each time you add an item (and after a few moments) a new window will pop up showing the items in your shopping basket. You can amend or adjust these items at any time.
After adding an item choose either 'A' to continue shopping or 'B' to Proceed to checkout
Note: You can come back to a part created order later

Complete a purchase
When you are happy with the items in your basket, either click
Proceed to checkout (see above) or click our 'view cart button' (item 3).
Follow the instructions to make your payment through Paypal.
For your security we use Paypal merchant systems. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is not shared with e-fireworks. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
